Terms and Conditions Use of the pk8 Platform

Welcome to pk8, an online betting platform built specifically to serve the needs of Malaysian players. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pk8 ("we", "Platform", or "company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the pk8 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.

To become a verified pk8 member, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Being an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of another party.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition or court order that prevents you from participating in online betting activities.

Pk8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including copies of identification, bank statements, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

As a pk8 member, you assume full responsibility for all activity that occurs within your account. This includes every bet placed, every financial transaction made, and every interaction with our platform using your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential — do not share them with anyone, including family members.
• Ensuring that the device you use to access pk8 is secure and free from malware or security threats.
• Notifying the pk8 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Understanding and complying with all local laws applicable to online betting activities in your region.
• Betting using your own personal funds and not borrowed or unlawfully obtained money.
• Not use any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the pk8 platform.

Pk8 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Pk8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and special promotions tied to major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted — specific conditions will be stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Pk8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud, pk8 reserves the right to void the bonus and close the account in question.
• Unused bonuses within the promotion's validity period will expire automatically.

All bets placed through the pk8 platform are subject to the rules and policies set by the respective game providers as well as pk8's general guidelines. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

Pk8 upholds a fair and transparent wagering policy. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed once a transaction has been processed, unless a verifiable technical error occurred. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours after the incident for investigation purposes.

• Pk8 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, system failure, or force majeure circumstances that affect the integrity of the game.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the maximum betting limit specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Pk8 uses an independently certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all online casino games.
• Odds and betting lines for sports are subject to change up until the moment the bet is accepted by the system.

To maintain the integrity of the platform and protect the interests of all members, pk8 has established a list of strictly prohibited activities. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate action, including account termination and fund freezing:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using bots, automation software, or any third-party technical tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful financial activity through the pk8 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you without the legitimate consent of the original owner.
• Spreading false information or defaming pk8 or its members on any public platform.
• Attempting to access pk8 systems without authorisation, including hacking attempts or security probing without written permission.

Pk8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other members.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the pk8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and all pending transactions must be settled first. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered bank account once all verifications are complete.

Pk8 provides its online betting platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continuously strive to keep the platform running smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or unexpected outages.

Pk8 shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, unfavourable game outcomes, or odds fluctuations.
• Loss of account data or information resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the pk8 platform.
• Losses arising from failed or delayed transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

In all circumstances, pk8's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Pk8 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the pk8 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to terminate your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution procedure.
