From a small idea to a betting platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players
PK8 was built on the belief that Malaysian players deserve more than just an ordinary betting platform. While most international platforms failed to understand the unique needs of the local market — from language and payment methods to preferred game types — PK8 emerged as the answer to that gap.
We began this journey with a small team, a big passion, and one clear vision: to build an online betting ecosystem truly designed for Malaysians — not simply translated from a foreign platform. Every decision we made — from interface design and payment method options to the games listed and the language used in customer support — centred on one thing: Malaysian player satisfaction.
Today, PK8 has grown into one of the most recognized and trusted online betting platforms in Malaysia. With over 500,000 registered members and consistent growth year after year, we continue to prove that member trust is our most valuable asset.
"We are more than just a wagering platform. We are a community — a place where Malaysian players can enjoy high-quality entertainment with confidence and comfort."
— The pk8 Founding Team
Tracing a track record of continuous growth over the years
PK8 was founded by a group of online entertainment industry professionals with the primary goal of serving Malaysian players better than existing platforms.
The platform was officially launched with a full Bahasa Malaysia interface. Within 12 months, pk8 successfully reached 50,000 registered members — far exceeding our initial target.
PK8 introduced a Live Casino section featuring Bahasa Melayu-speaking dealers, and expanded its sports betting coverage into esports — a space increasingly popular among younger Malaysian players.
The launch of the pk8 mobile app for Android and iOS was met with an overwhelming response. Total membership surpassed 300,000, making pk8 one of the fastest-growing platforms in Malaysia.
PK8 now serves over 500,000 active members on a platform that is continuously improved with new providers, exclusive promotions, and a progressively refined user experience.
Six key advantages that set PK8 apart from other betting platforms on the market
All personal data and financial transactions of pk8 members are protected with the same 256-bit SSL encryption technology used by leading banking institutions worldwide. You can bet with peace of mind, knowing your personal information is secure.
PK8 fully supports all popular payment methods in Malaysia — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow. Deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly with no hidden fees, going directly to your bank account or e-wallet.
From video slots, live baccarat, and roulette to sports betting covering football, badminton, esports, tennis, MMA, and over 40 other sports — PK8 offers the widest selection to suit every player's taste and preference.
PK8's trained customer support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Live Chat, email, and your preferred messaging platform. All communication is fully in Bahasa Melayu — no language barriers, no confusion.
The PK8 app for Android and iOS is designed with a clean, responsive, and user-friendly interface — even on smaller screens. All full platform features are available in the app, including live betting, withdrawals, and promotions.
PK8 offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free bets, and special promotions tied to major sporting events — all designed specifically for the Malaysian market, not generic offers translated from foreign platforms.

We believe great entertainment starts with responsibility — to yourself and the people you care about
At PK8, our members' enjoyment is our priority — but never at the expense of their well-being. We understand that betting, like any other form of entertainment, should be approached with awareness and self-control. That is why we go beyond providing technical tools for a great time; we also offer informational resources and protective mechanisms to ensure your gaming experience stays positive in the long run.
The pk8 platform comes equipped with daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit features that you can set directly from your account settings. If you need a break, cooling-off period and self-exclusion features are also available. We also provide links to responsible gambling support organisations for members who need additional assistance outside our platform.
Wagering is adult entertainment suitable for individuals aged 18 years and above only. pk8 enforces strict age verification during the registration and KYC process to ensure our platform is only accessed by eligible members. Bet within your means and do not treat betting as a primary source of income.
